ORDER
Orders must be placed to TEE by email or fax. Please do not place your order by phone. TEE will provide order confirmations in the form of a proforma invoices with prices, bank details and delivery dates.

ORDER CANCELLATION
In the event of the order being cancelled a 25% cancellation penalty fee will be charged.

PAYMENT TERMS
Strictly 30 days subject to credit approval. A proof of payment must be provided for all payment. New clients are expected to pay deposit of 50%. Payment is strictly by bank transfer or cash.

VAT
All prices exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

VALIDITY
Our quotations are valid for 30 days.

DELIVERY
Most of our standard products are available exstock. For large quantities, 3-4 weeks lead-time is needed. We offer delivery in Gauteng. Transport outside Gauteng is not included in quotation unless otherwise specified. However goods can be sent by priority mail or road transport and all charges are payable by the client.

WARRANTY
Products found to be defective within 30 days from the date of receipt can be returned for credit or exchange.

ALTERATIONS
Terms and conditions outside our standard conditions must be authorized by the Director before any changes are accepted.
